sometimes theres no right or wrong. theres no such thing as whose fault it is. thing just happen. and theres nth we can do abt it.
sometimes its the right person, wrong time, wrong place. sometimes its better not to try to un-complicate matters or make things better cos theres no use trying. bcos sometimes, its just a matter of fate.

and sometimes, i realize that im living in that world of disillusion once more. where i spend my days bluffing myself. and its a world that's hard to pull out from. cos once you get in there, ure stuck. and how long will i stay there this time?
its a kinda contradictory feeling i have, living a life like this. its both sweet and yet bitter. im stuck in this vicious cycle. and im hating it. cos ive lost a sense of self dignity perhaps.

its been a long time since i blogged. well. school's been killing me!!! so yupps i havent had the energy to type here at all. now everyday in sch everyone's just going ard like zombies. they rush here and dere. and everynite theres tons of people all up till the early hours doing their assign. poor us..sigh.
lets see. im gonna have my v last presentation tmr or rather in 7 hrs time.woots. my harmony presentation which is gonna be exciting and messy hahaa. was real fun working with my grp members. bridget. fern. kihui. and yifan. hohos. all the laughter and the rushed meetings. all the crazy stunts we've come up with. and they're a real help. theres a great diff btw working with ppl who couldnt be bothered and ppl who care. thanx girls :)
had my history. choral directing and piano rep presentations too. lets hope i do oke. and my choral directing exam. hohos. that was traumatising. other random stuff.

went to watch the syo quintet perf at esp. was great. v musical! haha. and it was funny.. everyone tenking i came with the angmoh. he was very nice tho. hmms. n he joins me in the marcus fan club! (oh gosh another club? haha) well duh. marcus is like damn pro. look at his beautiful rose-gold flute!!! and his playing is h.e.a.v.e.n.l.y. n crazy alan was saying that they shld send me to afghanistan to be their spy then i can make frens with them cos i can extract info from ppl v fast. i tenk it'll be qt fun too! lets try it out mr.titimidolah! e three of us. alan me and daniel were on the bus back when we realized we were all laughing in the same way. which i must say. would prob be a terrifying experience for the rest of the bus. a mini earthquake. thats great aint it? :)

thankful i have a great bunch of lovely frens in sch who at least make life interesting and well, they bring lots of smiles and laughter to my otherwise bleak and tiring days. of course theres the crazy duo who are my composers aka alan the torturer and dan the vogue hairstylist. err sorry i screwed up e perf of your pieces..:( . and jeremy whos currently forgetting he needs to study and is on his phone hunt instead haha and aunt clare wieck and the compo market spoiler (aha!) aka my fave jew aka ah-zhang and theres lotsa other ppl too

hello :) wahahhaha as u can tell from my tagboard.. there are many ppl who tenk they are the other person in my idol list no 1! this is amusing hehehe.. but i gotta break alan and ideabank's hearts man. sorry! well you two....hmms. continue waiting lahh oke! :)

the other person is none other than..*drumroll*cymbals*gong and timpanis please* mah piano teacher!!!! hahaha. like totally mann. shes called ms lena ching btw if u still dunno. and she totally rocks my world upside down too..
the other day i went for her lesson and was tenking to myself that im gonna be in deep shit cos i had been sick and no energy to play... BUT! she whisked all that worrying away with her magic.

its true. she does have magic. lessons with her are like music therapy of the highest level. they can really inspire me, not just to prac n prac, but to listen more, to feel more, to understand more, and to play music which comes from the heart. and when im playing with her on the two pianos, or playing for her to listen, i feel like i can really play. that almost nth would be impossible. and when sHe plays. gosh. everybody.. u will be awed by her marvellous touch and the beautiful myraid of colours she evokes from an ordinary piano.

she can get really high and funny too. like when she receives gifts. or when she starts talking abt stuff. or like when we were doing flagday and eating dessert later. someone who can connect with us. and alot of stuff she talks to us abt really do help. i still rem what she told me on my first lesson, abt each of us being a bank of musical inputs - listening, watching, prac, tenking - abt music. we have to invest in this bank of ours and help it to grow. everysingleday of our lives.

ive known this amazing teacher for a year only. but she has taught me so much. and im truly blessed to have a teacher like her. thankyou ms ching.

woots. :) chamber choir platform's over! woohoos. it was v exciting v fun v hilarious and v memorable. hmms. there was mr olive aka albert doing his major sleazeball moves (tskk) and everyone backstage giggling at him. to top it off some ppl laughed till they knocked sth down backstage! see, albert shld go join theatre instead lahh. then alan can join tog with him!! gd idea? alan totally belongs there too mann. i bet he will win the nafa oscars every week!
then. there were all the other small ens which were very very nice. all so musical and so drama. i like i like alot!!! hoho.
and then. there was as vesta! :) hehe let me thank them again kays? thankyouuuuuuu thankyouuuuu mingwei darius dot nat sophia charmaine pei fang pei feng royce alan weida maggie louis xiangpeng kaier yanghui esther :) thanx for everything. helping in ur own ways to make this a success. i hope u all had fun singing today, cos i sure did. so, great job peeps.

ohk. so anyway. ms tham is like THE super totally cool diva :) im really glad i joined her choral training module cos i learnt so much from her. the stuff she teaches us every week is really useful and u can see that she plans everything rite up to the very minute detail. BUT she expects that from us in return..haha. sth which can get abit hard to do at times man.
yupp..ive really enjoyed the chamber choir and the choral classes taken by her. shes a great teacher. someone who inspires you to want to learn more. firm. 'commanding presence'!!!. clearminded. yet funkeh. extremely funny. superbly nice. with her o-so-delicious perfume.
one of a kind - uniquely special!
in short. she ties for the position of yunqi's no.1 idol!!
oh. the other person will be revealed tmr. :)

so much stuff have happened since i last blogged here. so i aint gonna talk abt it. haha.
having the chamber choir platform on wed.
these few mths. i learnt alot from the many ppl in my as vesta grp and from other ppl as well. they taught me alot on ensemble practice, on how to rehearse a grp, and so on. and im really glad to say that tho we do not sound wonderful yet, i tenk we have improved from the first few times we sang togehter. but.. i could have taken better rehearsals. blehs.
but it was really great working with these ppl. i had fun.
so well.
big thank you to mingwei for the midi file :) for ur support,for teaching me alot abt ensemble skills..u really helped me alot.
thank you xiangpeng for researching abt the piece and the stuff abt text painting.all ur suggestions too. thanx bro.
thank you dot. nat. darius. sophia for all ur help and constant encouragement. i needed it mann.
thank you alan for the entertainment. thank you peifang peifeng charmaine royce weida kaier and maggie for attending all the rehearsals faithfully :) means alot to me.
